Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to data when you use the Sellereply Chrome extension and the sellereply.com website. We have tried to keep it plain.

The short version

Your shop information lives in your own browser. When you produce a draft, that information and the message on screen are sent to our server, a reply is produced, and the content is not kept. The only things we store about your account are your license, your email address and how many requests you have made.

What stays in your browser

• Your shop knowledge file
• Your license key
• Your signature name, language and model preference

These are held in Chrome's local storage. Removing the extension deletes them.

What is sent when a draft is produced

When you ask for a draft, the following is sent to our server: your shop knowledge file, the conversation or order details shown in the panel, any note you wrote for that reply, your signature name and your license key. Our server passes these to Anthropic\'s language model service to produce the reply. When the request finishes, that content is not written to our database.

Anthropic processes this data under its own terms and does not train its models on it.

What we keep on the server

• License key, email address, plan and subscription end date
• For each request: a timestamp, the type of request and the number of tokens used. No message content.

Payments

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your card details. Lemon Squeezy tells us only your email address and the plan you bought.

Relationship with Etsy

Sellereply is not affiliated with, partnered with or endorsed by Etsy. It does not connect to your Etsy account, never asks for your password, and performs no actions through Etsy\'s API. The extension only reads text on a page you have open.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about your account, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@sellereply.com. A deletion request ends your subscription.

Changes

If we update this policy we change the date above. For a significant change we email subscribers.
