By using Sellereply you agree to these terms.

What the service does

Sellereply produces reply drafts from the shop information you enter and the message on your screen. A draft is a suggestion. It never sends anything on your behalf.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for every message you send. You must read a draft before sending it. Language models make mistakes: a price, a measurement or a shipping detail can come out wrong. Checking is your job.

You may not use Sellereply in a way that breaks the law or Etsy\'s seller policies.

License

Your license key is personal. If you share it or use it across several people we may disable it. Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.

Quotas

Each plan has a monthly draft allowance, with limits of 15 requests per minute and 300 per day. These exist to prevent abuse and should not affect normal use.

Availability and changes

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. If our model provider changes, or Etsy changes its page layout, features may stop working for a while. If we change prices we give existing subscribers at least 30 days\' notice.

Limitation of liability

Sellereply is provided as is. We are not liable for the messages you send, for lost sales, or for outcomes involving your Etsy account. Our liability is limited in all cases to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time. We may end your access if you break these terms.
