Try it free first

Every new user gets 10 free drafts with no card required. You can see whether the tool fits your shop before paying anything.

14-day refund

Within 14 days of your first payment you can ask for a refund without giving a reason. Write to hello@sellereply.com and we refund to your original payment method.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. If a renewal caught you out and you have not used the service that month, write within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it. We do not give partial refunds for a period already used.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, then it stops. Nothing else is needed from you.

If it stops working

If a technical problem leaves you unable to use the service for an extended period, we refund that period or extend your subscription. You choose which.
